With 14 years of experience in ux design, research, and strategy, Kevin helps organizations understand their users and design experiences that meet their needs. He has worked with companies across various B2B and B2C industries, including technology, health and life insurance, telecommunications, consumer products, manufacturing, and sports technology, aligning business and user goals through well-crafted UX research programs.
Kevin holds a master’s degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and is a lifelong learner. He is passionate about coaching and mentoring others, whether building his own research team or guiding non-professional researchers in user-centered design. Kevin believes in empowering organizations to use research to create better experiences.
